: location was absolutely perfect. and the beds were very good. the best we had in Peru. and free shuttle from hotel to airport was nice.
: first we got a not-cleaned room. with no towels and hair on the beds!! confronted the receptionist and gave us another room. that was clean. most of staff were kind. rooms were noisy. breakfast was ok.

: Breakfast is great. Servers attentive to requests. Front desk staff is helpful and always smiling. Housekeepers keep the place immaculate.
: It is a beautiful historic building but that creates some challenges finding your room and the various stairways.

: The bathroom really needs a renovation.

: The location was good and it hade a nice ambience. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful.
: The first night we were given a room on street level which was very noisy. We had a very busy time in Peru having done the four day hike to Machu Picchu so we were looking forward to recharging our batteries but that wasn’t possible the first night. We spoke to people on reception and they relocated us to a quieter room for the second night but that was a pain as we had to repack to move. The info suggests there is a spa but this is at the sister hotel next door and is nothing more that a massage service. We were expecting relaxation area and jacuzzi to help our tired limb. Overall we were somewhat disappointed.
